It doesn’t come as a huge surprise that Erin is slightly averse to vegetables. She’ll eat a pea or three on occasion. One random day a few weeks ago, she proclaimed, “My like broccoli” and ate some. But usually, she doesn’t touch it, and she’s not old enough for us to push the issue too much (or any issue, really). So I decided to try putting some veggies into something she already loves- guacamole. I pureed steamed peas (like I used to when she was a baby) and mixed it in. And she didn’t notice! Extra vitamins in her little system that day.
